The "Royal Pop" Launch Protocol

We are operating at maximum capacity to match the intensity of the Swatch x AP May 16th global release. Because of the viral nature of this drop, we utilize a Sequential Shipping System to ensure every kit is inspected for a perfect fit before it leaves our facility.


1. Shipping Timeline

  • Batch 1 Status: Currently open. All Batch 1 orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Dispatch Window: Due to the extreme demand surrounding the launch, please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

  • Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking link via email the second your kit hits the mail.


2. The "Launch Surge" Policy

We don't do "mass-market" quality. Each strap is verified against the Bioceramic case specs. During high-demand periods (like right now), shipping may take slightly longer than a standard Amazon order. We appreciate your patience—quality gear for a quality watch is worth the wait.


3. Global Logistics

We ship worldwide via tracked courier services.

  • Transit Times: Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 days depending on your country’s customs and local postal speed.

  • Customs: We are not responsible for any local import duties or taxes—please check your local regulations.


4. "No-Watch" Refund Guarantee

Securing the Royal Pop is a battle. If you bought a strap but failed to secure the watch on May 16th, we have your back.

  • The Rule: Contact us within 48 hours of the drop.

  • The Result: We will cancel your order and issue a Full Refund immediately. This ensures you can shop the drop with zero financial risk.


5. Important Note

Once a tracking number has been generated and your order is in the hands of the carrier, we can no longer cancel or redirect the shipment. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!
